From the former chairman

An eventful year

Well, that was quite the year. Nice to see that we were able to find capable successors again. I will admit that it was difficult to begin in such a condition as we have had. When we took office, we were left with the task of rebuilding the association after that terrible plague that has ravaged the whole world, and which has left us unable to do anything for so long. I think we did our best.

Climbing weekends were organized again, hall evenings were held, drinks and activities where many TSAC'ers saw double pleasure and many more beautiful things. We were even able to go abroad again in the summer, namely the French Alps. Even at Christmas, a group went to Calanques; great to see how the association continues to run. I am therefore proud that the nickname 'Baby Steven' was created by me.

What's left for me now? The study program TCS is fun, but I'm getting ready for a new phase in my life, I'm very happy with my girlfriend at the TSAC, and just keep climbing hard and 'ultralight' to set a good example for TSAC people. Because let's face it, a plague like the one we talked about earlier, didn't make anyone happy. No, we should not want another such plague as Gerben, the 39th chairman.
