Gains in corona times

Corona has been around for a while now and more and more of us are having a hard time getting enough exercise. Because well, do fun trainigs even exist now that climbing and boulder halls are closed? As a climber it is of course essential to remain flexible. But lying on the floor in pain is not everyone's favorite. To get motivated to get stretching we have a suggestion: beer yoga. It is important for every athlete to stay in shape. But how do you do that during corona? Running is generally considered boring and not everyone has a racing bike just lying around. Is trampolining als not your thing? Then we still have a suggestion to keep that heart pumping. Find your most broke bike, the one where the chain hangs sadly, the brakes are stuck and shifting gear is not an option. The more whacked the better. Go for a long ride on this gem of a bicycle. Sweat guaranteed. If you're looking for an extra challenge, there's an easy solution: just find a hill or a gust of headwind.
