De oude rode zandsteen kliffen van Gap of Dunloe zijn een populaire klimbestemming, met name aan de westzijde van de vallei, boven Black Lake en Coosaun Lough. Veel van de routes bestaan hoofdzakelijk uit horizontale barsten, voor de afzekering heb je dus cams nodig.
