Technique 1

This training will be given after the toprope courses in March and September and is for members who just started climbing. The focus of this training is on basic technics like foot and hand placement, resting points and efficient climbing.

Technique 2

When you mastered the basic techniques and can climb actively for about an hour, technique 2 fits you. Technique 2 continues on technique 1. You’ll learn different and some spectacular techniques like jumping from one hold to another (dynoing) and in the training time is spent on endurance, power and level improvement.

Technique 3

If technique 2 training is quite easy for you and you have more feeling for the climbing techniques, you can perfect these techniques at technique 3. In this training you optimize your climbing skills and learn how to combine technique, power and endurance in redpointing difficult climbing routes.

Bikkeltraining

In addition to the previous training sessions, a bikkeltraining is also offered. This training is aimed at climbers of level 6C and higher who want to break through to the mid to high 7s. The group is kept fairly small to maintain a high level, with a target group size between 4 and 8 participants. Characteristics of this training are the level of independence and seriousness with which it is approached. The focus is on the development of technique, tactics, and applied strength.
