Welcome to the TSAC

We are the climbing association for students of the University of Twente and students from Saxion. TSAC stands for 'Twentse Studenten Alpen Club', which means Students Alpinism Association of Twente. If you love to be in the mountains, climbing steep walls and boulders or enjoy spending quality time outdoors with other students, you are at the right place! We offer members the possibility to climb at the climbing walls at the University as well as outdoor climbing weekends and a lot of other activities and drinks.

Becoming a member

If you want to become a member of the TSAC make sure you come to one of our open evenings. These are held in September, right after the Kick In and in February. At these evenings you can try out climbing in the sports center and if you like it you can become a member. Check out the agenda to find out when the next open evening is. Around that time more info will be shown on the main (Dutch) page

Climbing at TSAC

Every Tuesday and Thursday from 9pm to 11pm our members can come climbing in the sports center. Besides this our outside wall (28m high!) is open regularly during the spring/summer/fall. We also offer training to improve your climbing technique and courses to learn you belaying methods.
