How to become a member?

Anybody who is a student at the University of Twente or Saxion College and possesses an Xtra-card can join TSAC. The membership fee is 25 euros per year, which allows you to climb three evenings a week and participate in various activities.

You can join us in the sports centre every Thursday evening at 21:15 to have a go at climbing and/or enroll as a member. If you are unable to join us on a Thursday, you can send an e-mail to the board and make an appointment for another day.

After you have decided to become a member you will have your first training, the top rope training, as soon as possible. In two evenings you will be taught how to safely use the climbing facilities. The subsequent trainings are held in February and September; here you will learn how to safely secure a lead climber. This part traditionally always ends with an enjoyable weekend in a German climbing area. The cost for these two trainings is 25 euros ; further trainings are free of charge (see Trainings & Qualifications).
